Washington – The Secret Service is heavily criticized after the foiled attack on the sidelines of a gala dinner in Washington. The gunman from California was apparently able to bypass external security checks by staying at the hotel as a regular guest in the days before the event, US government sources said on Sunday. In addition, the evacuation of the government members present was partly uncoordinated.
