A farm, a small piece of rustic land, a house and an apartment make up Marco Paulo’s real estate assets and there is one of these houses in the Algarve and worth more than twice as much as a mansion in France.
It is in the Quarteira area, in the Algarve, that singer Marco Paulo has a house where he used to stay when he went on vacation to the southern region of the country. According to the magazine, it is a three-story house built on a 1,300 square meter plot.
It reveals the same source that the house with 230 square meters of useful area has a basement, storage room, ground floor with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, garage, terraces and patio and the first floor with two other bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace.
Although the asset value of the artist’s house in Quarteira is set at 298,000 euros, the market value could reach 2.5 million euros. After all, this house in the Algarve is worth more than twice as much as a famous mansion for sale in France, in the Valençay region. The property in France is designated as a “castle” on the website where it is for sale and costs 995,000 euros.
It should be noted that, in addition to the house in Quarteira, Marco Paulo also has a farm and a small rustic plot of land in Sintra to his name, as well as an apartment in Sesimbra.
