PL politicians criticize Moraes’ decision, classifying it as ‘”inhumane” and a “”demonstration of sadism”
Opposition politicians came to the defense of former deputy Daniel Silveira (without party-RJ) after he is in this 3th fair (Dec 24, 2024). Supporters declared how “cruelty” the decision taken by the minister of the (Supreme Federal Court) Alexandre de Moraes.
Silveira was arrested for failing to comply with probation rules. he needed medical attention from emergency and so he returned home after the permitted time. Read the opposition posts below.

The former congressman was sentenced to 8 years and 9 months in prison in 2022 for statements against STF ministers and received probation which is 6th fair (Dec 20, 2024).
The opposition, which celebrated the parole given to Silveiracriticized Moraes’ decision at X, referring to it as a “demonstration of sadism”, “cruelty” and “inhumane”.
