Jordan carries out several airstrikes in southern Syria

Amman/Sweida – Jordan has carried out air strikes on a suspected arms and drug warehouse in neighboring Syria. Jordan’s army “probably (…) attacked a headquarters of rebel groups in the village of Shahba in Sweida, where weapons and drugs were stored,” Syrian state television reported on Sunday night, citing local sources.
