Five children injured in explosion at campfire in Mühlviertel

St. Oswald – Five young people were injured in an explosion in St. Oswald (Freistadt district) on Saturday evening. The four girls and the boy, aged ten to 14, from the Vöcklabruck district were sitting by a campfire with their youth group when it suddenly exploded at 8 p.m. The trigger was a war relic under the fireplace. The injured were taken to the clinic in Linz, the police reported on Sunday.
