Inês Aires Pereira. Since then, through social media, the actress has shared several images of the baby, but also outbursts.
On the night of this Sunday, May 3, Mother’s Day, Inês Aires Pereira decided to open her heart about the current phase she finds herself in, explaining the phrase she heard from her mother and which comforted her.
“I have so much here to spill… the baby blues are hitting me hard and I’ve been repeating to myself the phrase “it will pass!”. Because it will. I’ve been through it and it passes. So, instead of writing here a bunch of harder and grayer thoughts, very typical of these days, I’m going to share something that my mother told me. Super simple. Right away, nothing special – but it went straight into my heart and gave me more strength than any hug”started by writing.
Inês Aires Pereira then shared the words that her mother said to her and which had great meaning for her: “In the middle of a crying fit, he said to me: “Oh daughter, I tell you something… you are a spectacular mother.” Simple, right? But coming from your mother… it hits. I think it’s because, no matter how much of an adult I am, there is always a part of me that is still a daughter. And that part still wants to be seen by her, recognized, validated. When a line like that comes, it’s almost like that smaller version of me hears, “I’m proud of you.” And then there’s another layer…it’s my mom telling me that I’m in her shoes now—and that I’m doing fine. As if there was a passing of the baton there, silent, but very powerful.”realized.
The actress explained that, from the moment you become a mother, “insecurities” arise, leaving a final message about what she heard: “(…) It seems like it wasn’t just a compliment. It was love, recognition and history — all at the same time. And maybe that’s why it hit so hard”but
