A German weapon manufactured in 1940, during the Second World War, was seized by the Rio Military Police in Andaraí, north of the capital.
According to PM-RJ, the pistol, model Luger Parabellum (Po8), was with a man who was walking in the region. Upon noticing the presence of police officers, who were patrolling the area, the suspect ran away and dropped the gun.
