According to the police, Spillman allegedly followed a woman from the lobby from the DoubleTree By Hilton Hotel and Convention Center to her room on the sixth floor. The woman, who was not identified, ran to the apartment because she “feared for her life”.
After entering her room, she saw Spillman masturbating with his pants down next to his room. Hotel security then alerted local police, who carried out the arrest without incident, according to the Times.
The Secret Service removed the agent after learning of the arrest, said the head of the sector, Richard Macouly. Spillman joined the uniformed division in 2019. “The alleged conduct is unacceptable and is a stark contrast to the professionalism and integrity I demand from my team,” Macouly said.
Spilman is being held on a $1,000 bond, with a court date scheduled for May 27. There is no information about his defense.
