Judge Sebastião Geraldo de Oliveira, president of the Regional Labor Court of Minas Gerais (TRT-3rd Region), defined in a statement to civil servants and magistrates the creation of an accumulation of jurisdiction and time of services provided.
The text, signed by Oliveira, was delivered to servers this Monday (4). The compensation will be added to this month’s payroll.
Bonuses for accumulation of jurisdiction and career seniority may each reach 35% of the value of the constitutional ceiling, corresponding to the remuneration of today’s ministers, at R$ 46,366.19.

According to the TRT office in Belo Horizonte, “the payments are in accordance with the decision handed down by the Federal Supreme Court, which limited payments of the aforementioned compensation amounts to the percentages established in joint resolution No. 14/2026 of the National Council of Justice and the National Council of the Public Ministry”.
“It is also important to emphasize that the payment will be made in strict compliance with the normative act mentioned above”, stated the court, in a note.
The court says it does not have an estimate of the budgetary impact of the measure.
