Klagenfurt – Austria’s ice hockey team gained further self-confidence in the last test match for the World Cup starting next week in Switzerland. The ÖEHV team celebrated a 4:1 (0:0.2:0.2:1) victory against Slovenia in Klagenfurt on Saturday. Captain Peter Schneider (30th, 60th/EN), 18-year-old Leon Kolarik (31st) and first-line center Benjamin Nissner (47th) ensured a successful dress rehearsal for the start of the World Cup against Great Britain (16.5.) and Hungary (17.5.).
