Images circulate after Anvisa suspended batches of the brand; the recording does not bear a date and may have been made before the decision
Images of a woman washing a chicken with detergent while cooking went viral on social media on Sunday (May 10, 2026). In the recording, she says that she has already been criticized for cleaning the bird with soap and states that she “uses the loofah” to remove the dirt before cooking on a wood stove.
“Little chicken being cleaned to make that free-range chicken on a whim. How do you clean free range chicken? These days they criticized me because I was cleaning with soap. Guys, of course! Wipe the loofah with plenty of soap to remove all the dirt.”, says the woman in the video.
The video had repercussions after several of the brand’s products were examined by the National Health Surveillance Agency due to signs of technical failures and health risks. However, there is no mention of a date on the recording to confirm whether it was made before or after the suspension.
