The bill goes to the Finance and Taxation Board and the CCJ for consideration
A Public Security and Combating Organized Crime Commission and Chamber of Deputies approved this Tuesday (12) bill (PL) that proposes withdrawal authorization from the Service Time Guarantee Fund (FGTS) for purchasing a firearm. The text will now be appreciated not a member of Finance and Taxation and of Constitution and Justice (CCJ).

What the bill says
The text proposes that the worker only withdraw the amount necessary to purchase the firearm, ammunition and essential accessories. It is also suggested that the access to FGTS for acquisition is allowed once a yearon the anniversary date or on the following business day.
For the buy of armaments, the bill defines that it is mandatory presentation of document that proves regularity no National Weapons System (Sinarm) or in Military Weapons Management System (Sigma).
The proposal still establishes that the FGTS Board of Trustees issues additional rules for operationalization. If the PL is approved, according to the text, the body has until 90 dias from the date on which the text comes into force to fulfill the assignment.
