Kapfenberg – Two construction workers were buried by collapsing soil during excavation work on Lastenstrasse in the area of the freight station in Kapfenberg on Wednesday. The accident ended fatally for a 55-year-old worker, the Styria State Police Department said. The second worker, a 57-year-old, was flown to LKH Graz with injuries by the rescue helicopter crew.
