US President Donald Trump arrived on Wednesday night (14) at the Great Hall of the People, in Beijing, where he was received with a welcoming ceremony by his Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping.

The ceremony featured a military band playing the American national anthem and children jumping and cheering as Xi and Trump passed by.
Trump administration officials were also present at the welcoming ceremony. A delegation of American CEOs also attended, including Jensen Huang, CEO of Nvidia, and Tim Cook, CEO of Apple.
The leaders are then joined by senior officials from their delegations, where they are expected to discuss a wide range of sensitive topics, including trade, technology and the war with Iran.
