Wiesberger and Straka have to fight for the cut at the PGA Championship


Newton Square – World number one and last year’s winner Scottie Scheffler took the lead with six other players at the PGA Championship of Golf Professionals in Newton Square, Pennsylvania, after an opening round of 67 of three under par. The Austrians Bernd Wiesberger and Sepp Straka are five and six strokes behind in 67th and 93rd place respectively. One stroke behind Straka is the Northern Irish Masters winner Rory McIlroy in 105th place.
