Annecy – He was considered possibly the oldest dog in the world – now the French toy spaniel Lazare has died at the age of 30. “He fell asleep in my arms last night,” his owner Ophélie Boudol said Friday. Lazare was born on December 4, 1995, according to animal rights activist Anne-Sophie Moyon.
