President visits stands, meets sector leaders and participates in the opening of Enic 2026 in São Paulo
The president (PT) participates at 9:30 am this Tuesday (May 19, 2026) in the opening of Enic (International Meeting of the Construction Industry), in the Anhembi District, in São Paulo. The event is promoted by Brazilian Chamber of the Construction Industry. The president of BNDES (National Bank for Economic and Social Development), Aloizio Mercadantewill also participate in the event.
Lula’s agenda at the event begins at 9:30 am, with visits to the program’s stands “If This Street Were Mine”. At 10:20 am, the president will meet with leaders from the construction sector. The opening ceremony of Enic 2026 is scheduled for 11 am.
With more than 100 editions held, Enic is presented by the organization as the oldest technical event in the construction sector. This year’s program will feature debates on strengthening and expanding the construction industry in the country.
