AFC Bournemouth destroyed Manchester City’s Premier League title dreams and made Arsenal FC English football champions for the first time in 22 years. The “Cherries” defeated Pep Guardiola’s City 1-1 (1-0) on the penultimate matchday. This means that Manchester can no longer push the Gunners around national player Kai Havertz out of the top spot. The gunners celebrated their 13th and last championship to date in 2004 as the undefeated “Invincibles” with German goalkeeper Jens Lehmann, France’s star striker Thierry Henry and coaching icon Arsène Wenger.
