An earthquake of magnitude 5.6 was recorded this Wednesday in the border region between Turkey and Syria, according to the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC). So far, there is no official information about victims or material damage.

According to the same institution, the earthquake occurred at a depth of 10 kilometers.
