On Monday (18), Minister André Mendonça had already authorized the Federal Police to transfer former banker Daniel Vorcaro to a common cell at the Superintendence. The decision was made because the owner of Banco Master had already handed over his part in the deletion. With this decision, lawyers are no longer authorized to visit him at any time of the day as they were authorized until Sunday (17). The continuous presence of the lawyers was to prepare the statement, now, with it done, Mendonça understood that there is no longer a need for Vorcaro to be subjected to different rules than the other prisoners.
