Reports, series or content published from September 15, 2025 to August 15, 2026 in Brazilian press vehicles, including newspapers, magazines, radio, television, podcasts, digital channels and social networks, can compete. The award also includes influencers and journalism students.
The winners in each category will receive R$7,000, while the prize for students will be R$3,500. A popular vote category is also planned, in addition to a special distinction, which can grant up to R$10,000 to guests selected by the organization.
The evaluation process will have two stages, with analysis by a committee made up of journalists and experts in the field, who will assign grades to the works and select finalists before choosing the winners. The result will be announced by September 8, 2026, with popular voting scheduled afterwards.
The award ceremony will take place on October 28, 2026, during the opening of the Brazilian Psychiatry Congress, in São Paulo. The winners will be invited to participate in the event, with transportation and accommodation expenses covered by the organization.
