The salary increase has become the main obstacle to resolving the conflict with teachers in Catalonia. This Thursday, both parties sit down at the table again and the unions calling for them – Ustec, Aspepc, CGT and Intersindical – have prepared a joint proposal that they want to serve as a basis in these negotiations. In this regard, the unions demand a progressive increase until they reach around 500 euros more per month within four years.
