Cristiano Ronaldo lifted Al Nassr’s tenth this Thursday, after scoring a double and leading Jorge Jesús’s team in their victory against Damac (4-1) in a match in which the Portuguese star reached 973 goals in his sporting career. Recently called up to play in his sixth World Cup, he achieved his first title in Arabia and number 36 of his entire career. To date, with the Riyadh team he had only won the 2023 Arab Club Champions Cup, a competition not recognized by FIFA. Al Nassr, who had not been crowned league champions since 2019, won decisively on the last day of the Saudi Pro League, leading two points ahead of Al Hilal.
