A Copel informed that its board of directors approved the amendment and renewal of the company’s current share buyback program, according to a relevant fact released this Thursday (21).
The company will be able to acquire up to 285.5 million shares, representing 10% of outstanding shares, according to the statement.
The deadline for acquisitions was renewed for another 18 months, ending on November 21, 2027, the company said.
