The man identified as André by the authorities, aged 39, known as “Da7” and identified as one of the PCC leaders active in Guarujá, was arrested, this Friday (22), by the Civil Police.
The capture was carried out by the 3rd Homicide Investigations Police Station.
According to the corporation, the arrest occurred after the execution of a temporary arrest warrant. The request was made in the context of investigations related to the so-called “crime court”, promoted by criminal associations.
The action was the result of a series of investigations, with the help of intelligence monitoring and data analysis that allowed André to be located at his home.
According to police findings, “Da7” is part of and would be responsible for deliberating and members of rival factions through the “tribunal do crime”.
The investigations also highlighted the possible involvement of the person being investigated in the death of Maria Eduarda, aged 20, which occurred on January 2nd of this year. The motivation for the crime would be related to an alleged connection between the victim and a rival faction.
After his capture, he was sent to jail and remains at the disposal of the Justice Department.
The Civil Police continues to investigate the case and work to hold the others involved accountable.
