The Dona Lota space, next to Praia da Lota, in the municipality of Vila Real de Santo António, will host on June 12th an event dedicated to the Popular Saints promoted by Engel & Völkers Faro-Tavira. The initiative is scheduled for 6pm and should bring together customers, partners and the local community in an informal environment by the sea.
Inspired by popular Portuguese traditions and the typical atmosphere of the Algarve summer, the meeting aims to mark one of the most characteristic seasons of the national calendar, focusing on conviviality, proximity and sharing along the coast of the Eastern Algarve.
Between music, gastronomy and convivial moments, the organization envisages a relaxed celebration in a setting associated with the Algarve lifestyle, taking advantage of the atmosphere of Praia da Lota at a time when the region begins to enter one of the busiest periods of the year.
The initiative also appears as a way of strengthening Engel & Völkers Faro-Tavira’s connection to the territory where it operates, valuing the local component and proximity to the community.
With a presence in Faro, Tavira and Vila Real de Santo António, the brand operates mainly in the residential segment in the Eastern Algarve, supporting national and international clients linked to the purchase, sale and investment of real estate. The local operation is the result of a partnership between João Agualusa & Elisa Ferreira, Lda.
According to information released by the company, Engel & Völkers Faro-Tavira currently has a portfolio of around 500 properties spread across the region, covering properties intended for permanent residence, vacations and investment.
In addition to customers and partners, the meeting should bring together investors, suppliers and representatives of the regional community, at a time associated with the celebrations of the Popular Saints in the Eastern Algarve.
