Comedian Carlos Alberto de Nóbrega, 90, and doctor Renata de Nóbrega, 50, celebrated eight years of marriage — a milestone known as a clay or poppy wedding — on Sunday night (24).
The couple celebrated the date with a romantic dinner at Le Jardin restaurant, located at the Rosewood hotel, in the capital of São Paulo.
Statement on social media
Before dinner, the doctor used Facebook to share a video showing a bouquet of red roses she received and highlighted her husband’s romanticism, writing: “The best part was the card.”
In the publication, she reflected on the maturity of the relationship and the importance of complicity between the two. “The 24th, our day. I and I completed 8 years of marriage, 10 years together… and 8 years together, husband and wife. Yes, there are people who live 10, 15, 20, 30 years and don’t live with that presence in the relationship, right?”
The doctor ended the tribute by expressing the desire for time to pass more slowly so that they could enjoy time together.
“And today, unlike 10 years ago, I say this to time: ‘calm down, let me live the moments more, you know, intense and present in everything’. So I ask that God gives us time to live our moments. Of, of friends, of love, of partners. And today is our day, people! Nice… we’re going to have our coffee.”
