Flávio’s marketing consultant is charged R$ 114 million – 05/25/2026 – Politics

Modal Participações, a company belonging to the former Banco Modal, asked the Court to block any payments to be made by the Liberal Party to the advertiser, in the campaign.

The blocking request was made in an action in which the company charges the advertiser a debt currently calculated at around R$114 million, including interest, monetary correction and fine.

The holding company of the former Banco Modal told the Court that the role of electoral marketer, for which Fischer was being offered, is one of the best paid in the Brazilian advertising market, “involving contracts of extremely high value”, and refuted the allegation made by Fischer in the process that he is in a situation of “financial collapse”.

“No bankrupt publicist, no professional truly without assets, is called upon to conduct the marketing of one of the main candidates for the Presidency of the Republic”, stated the company when asking for the payments to be blocked.

Modal asked the Court that Flávio and Flávio also be obliged to inform the value of the contract, the payment schedules and what the paying sources will be. The group has been trying to obtain payment in court since 2021 — Banco Modal ended up being sold to XP in 2022.

The company also asked that they be prohibited from making payments to Fischer on accounts abroad.

Wanted by Sheetlawyer Fernando Equi Morata, who represents the advertiser, said that Fischer will not work on the campaign as responsible for political marketing. According to Morata, he will only be a consultant who collaborates with Flávio’s electoral campaign.

Regarding the debt, the lawyer said that the advertiser will still present a defense. According to him, Fischer had financial problems arising from commercial negotiations in which he appeared as a guarantor and is paying his debts as far as possible.

Considered one of the main advertisers in the country, Fischer was responsible for famous campaigns such as “The return of Kaiser’s little guy”. In 2018, he worked at (Podemos). The then candidate had just over 859 thousand votes (0.80% of the total).

Flávio decided to change marketer after the crisis involving the former banker in which he asked for money to pay for his father’s film, . Marcello Lopes, known as Marcellão, a friend of the pre-candidate, left his role.
