The MPSP (Public Ministry of São Paulo) launched this Thursday morning (28) the second phase of Operation Hidden Carbon, called “Operation Hidden Flow”, against a new PCC money laundering scheme in the fuel sector, which also involves fintechs.
55 search and seizure warrants are currently being executed, also counting on the support of the GAECOs of the Public Ministries of Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais and Paraná.
