Journalist Flavio Freire will be appointed the new Communications Secretary of the City of . He will succeed the mayor’s administration () this Thursday (28).
Portela will command the press area of the presidential campaign of (), at the invitation of senator Rogério Marinho (PL-RN).
Freire has worked in the Nunes administration as head of press since February 2023 and will now have his first experience as Communications Secretary.
A journalist by training, Freire worked for almost 20 years at the newspaper O Globo and also worked at A Tribuna, in Santos, Jornal do Brasil, Estado de S.Paulo and El País.
