After Mark Zuckerberg’s vision of the “Metaverse” turned into a veritable flop, his company should now be at the forefront of the AI age. So far, however, their own models have proven to be inferior to the products from OpenAI, Google and Co. In order to make up for this deficit, Meta wants to massively expand its computing capacity. However, this is an expensive undertaking.
