Atlas: 50.5% of Brazilians have a positive view of the USA

More than half of Brazilians have a positive view of the United States, according to an Atlas/Intel report released this Tuesday (3).

According to the survey, 50.5% of respondents say they have a positive perception of the country North American. Others 46.4% said they had a negative view, while 3.1% responded that they do not know how to evaluate.

The numbers represent a recovery in the image of the United States among Brazilians in relation to surveys carried out throughout 2025.

Em January 2025a positive perception of the United States was 52.3%, while 44.5% had a negative view of the country. Others 3.3% did not know how to answer.

Already in April 2025the negative evaluation began to outweigh the positive. At that moment, 49% of respondents said they had a negative view of the USAante 45% who declared a positive perception. Others 6% did not know how to answer.

According to research, 54.8% of respondents say they have a negative view of the American leaderwhile 41.7% say they have a positive image. Others 3.5% responded that they do not know how to evaluate.
