Koščová lost a lot of weight a few years ago, whereas at that time she relied on a proven classic – a caloric deficit in the form of a menu adjustmentto which she sometimes added natural movement. To this day, fans are still interested in how exactly she managed to lose weight. Many of them expect him to tell them some secret trick with which it will go completely by itself, easily and without unnecessary effort.
She admitted that while counting calories has helped her personally, this method cannot be recommended for everyone. Uncontrolled monitoring of diet also had a negative effect on her. “I admit that in a certain way I became so obsessive in a certain period. Now I have it set up in such a way that since we are on the road half a year out of the year, I allow myself almost absolutely anything I feel like.
