You will need to make a great homemade coleslaw salad:

  • 1 head of white cabbage
  • 500 g mrkvy
  • 2 onions
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 500 g of white full-fat yogurt
  • 50 g of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
  • a pinch of salt and pepper

Wash the white cabbage and, if necessary, remove the withered upper leaves. Then cross it, cut it deep and cut it into thin strips. Peel the carrot and onion, finely grate and add to the prepared cabbage. Clean the spring onion, cut it into small pieces and add it to the other vegetables. Mix everything together thoroughly with your hands in a large bowl.

In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and white wine vinegar. Season the dressing with salt and pepper, pour it over the vegetables and mix well. Before serving, leave the salad in the refrigerator for at least an hour to allow the flavors to combine.
