The US Armed Forces said this Saturday (6) that they had shot down two Iranian drones that threatened traffic in the Strait of Hormuz.
“Earlier today, U.S. forces in the Middle East shot down two Iranian one-way attack drones that were threatening international maritime traffic in the Strait of Hormuz,” U.S. Central Command said.
The military said it remains ready to “continue to defend against Iranian aggression.”
The downing of the two drones this Saturday comes after the US said it shot down another four attack drones on Friday (5).
