Driving through Tajovského Street in Banská Bystrica on Saturday (June 6) in the early evening hours was complicated by a traffic accident where a passenger car collided with a public transport (MHD) bus. One person traveling in the bus was injured. The Banská Bystrica regional police informed about it on the social network.
“The driver of the public transport suddenly entered the driving lane of the driver of a passenger car who turned left, as a result of which the bus collided with the passenger vehicle from the side. One passenger’s injury required one-time treatment on the spot.
No other persons were injured. The breath tests performed ruled out the presence of alcohol in the drivers,” the police said. Traffic police solved the accident on the spot in a block procedure.
