The (National School of Training and Improvement of Magistrates) promotes this Sunday (June 7, 2026) the 5th edition of Enam (National Judicial Exam) in all Brazilian capitals. The test is a mandatory step for anyone wishing to apply for judgeships in the country.

According to the organization, 31,538 candidates had their registration confirmed.

The exam will be administered from 1pm to 6pm (Brasília time).

Enam has an eliminatory and non-classifying character. Candidates who obtain a minimum of 70% correct answers, in the case of broad competition, and 50% for those registered through affirmative actions, will be considered approved.

The test consists of 80 multiple-choice questions, with content on Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, General Notions of Law and Humanistic Training, Human Rights, Civil Procedural Law, Civil Law, Business Law and Criminal Law.
