Real Time: João Campos leads the dispute in PE with 46% against Raquel Lyra in the 2nd round

The former mayor of Recife João Campos (PSDB) appears in the lead in the dispute for the government of Pernambuco, according to a Real Time Big Data survey released this Thursday (11). The survey shows the toucan’s advantage over governor Raquel Lyra (PSD) in the first and second round scenarios.

In the first round simulation, João Campos recorded 45% of voting intentions, while Raquel Lyra had 40%. The difference of five percentage points puts the two in a tie at the limit of the margin of error, but keeps the former mayor numerically ahead.

The second round scenario also favors Campos. According to the survey, he reaches 46% of voting intentions against 41% for the current governor.
