Montreal/Washington – The opening of a new bridge between Canada and the USA has been postponed months after a threat from US President Donald Trump. The head of the bridge operator, Chuck Andary, said on Thursday that both countries had agreed to postpone the opening that was originally planned for this week. This is intended to create the “necessary time” to “clarify open questions”.
