President participated in the credit line launch ceremony for app delivery people; government will invest R$ 2.5 billion
The president (PT) said this Friday (June 12, 2026) that only in his government “poor people have credit”. The statement was made during the launch of a line of credit for financing mopeds, scooters and flex-fuel motorcycles.

The program announced this Friday (June 12) allows the financing of mopeds, scooters and flex-fuel motorcycles produced in the country.
The financial conditions and guarantees include an interest rate of 12.5% per year for men and 11.5% for women, a financing term of 48 months and 2 months to start paying. The program will allow the use of the FGO (Operations Guarantee Fund) to mitigate possible risks. There will be 50% coverage of the portfolio and 100% of the operation.
The target audience for Move Brasil Entregadors and Motoapp is both professionals registered on apps or digital platforms and CLT holders.
