Toronto – Co-hosts Canada and Bosnia-Herzegovina started the World Cup with a draw. In Toronto on Friday, the Group B duel between the two teams ended 1-1 (0-1). Jovo Lukic gave coach Sergej Barbarez’s visiting team the lead in the first half (21′), substitute Cyle Larin (78′) saved a point for coach Jesse Marsch’s team. It was the first World Cup point for the Canadians in their third World Cup participation.
