The US entrepreneur Elon Musk is taking legal action against ZDF because of a contribution related to him on the xenophobic protests in Northern Ireland. In his online service X on Monday evening, Musk accused the German public broadcaster of “outrageous lies”. According to a media report, his lawyer has now demanded a cease and desist declaration from the broadcaster. ZDF itself called the introduction in question “imprecise and therefore misleading”.
