Starting a business without a plan can be very costly. According to the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), lack of planning and inefficient management are among the main ’causes of death’ for new companies.
To get off the ground and overcome this first year, a business plan can make a difference. That’s the lesson from more than 200 entrepreneurs who were interviewed over the last seven years at From Zero to Topa program that tells the stories and challenges of the men and women behind large companies in Brazil.
