The used an official car from the Legislative Assembly of São Paulo (Alesp) to go to this Sunday (21), in São Paulo.
According to the act of the Alesp Board of Directors that governs the topic, “the use of any vehicles from the Alesp fleet for party political campaign purposes is prohibited.”
The event was held in a theater in the Butantã neighborhood (west zone) and was attended by around 300 people. On the occasion, the pre-candidacy of São Paulo councilor Marina Bragante (PSB) for state deputy was also launched.
Several authorities attended, including former ministers Marina Silva (Rede) and Márcio França (PSB).

When contacted, the deputy’s office admitted that the car was used improperly. “We recognize the error and assure that it will not be repeated again,” he said, in a note to the Panel.
