North American influencer, author and presenter Katie Prejean McGrady delivered to , last week, a copy of “The Practice of the Presence of God”, a work published by My Catholic Library (MCL), the North American arm of the Brazilian My Library Catholic.

According to Matheus Bazzo, founder of Minha Biblioteca Católica, contact with her occurred during the Catholic Creator Conference, held in Ohio (USA), in May.
“During the conversation we showed her some of the books that are part of the MCL catalogue. Among them was The Practice of the Presence of God, a work that the Pope himself has publicly mentioned among his favorite readings. Katie was immediately interested in the project, learned about our mission and, on her own initiative, decided to take the book as a gift to the meeting she would have with the Holy Father”, says Bazzo.
The work brings together the spiritual teachings of Brother Lourenço da Resurreição, a French Carmelite religious from the 17th century.
The publisher Minha Biblioteca Católica has already surpassed the mark of one hundred published editorial boxes. My Catholic Library was created based on the Brazilian experience.
