Offenburg – Six months after his start, co-CEO Jan Wachtel Hubert is leaving Burda Media again. “The decision to go separate ways was made by agreement between the board of directors and him because a sufficient consensus on the future strategic direction for Burda Media could not be found,” the company said. As of July 1, 2026, Eli Varn will take on the role of board member for the German media business at Burda.
