Summer has arrived in Austria with full force. In many regions of the country it was already warm to very (very) hot. In more than 95 percent of the communities, so-called hot days with temperatures of more than 30 degrees Celsius have already been reached in the permanent settlement area. A number of communities have already recorded a double-digit number of hot days this year, as the following map shows.
