Action investigates regulatory compliance and possible practices of abusive conduct; player and influencer are not investigated
The 1st Prodecon (Consumer Protection Prosecutor’s Office) requested a copy of the player’s advertising contracts and the influencer with the bookmaker . The action was initiated last Friday (June 19, 2026), after complaints about the systematic retention of user funds based on generic justifications. A technical report with more than 42,000 complaints registered against the platform was also considered.
Neymar and Virgínia, however, are not investigated. Prodecon’s request, which is part of the (Public Ministry of the Federal District and Territories), is part of a public civil inquiry that investigates regulatory compliance and the possible practice of abusive conduct by the bookmaker.
In addition to the two, Prodecon also asked for copies of the contracts of influencers Lucas Lira and Bruna Sunaika.
The Prosecutor asks Blaze:
- detailed information on procedures for opening, maintaining, blocking and closing user accounts;
- bonus and promotion policy documents;
- report on blocked or suspended accounts, amounts withheld and grounds for restrictions;
- money laundering prevention mechanisms;
- complete corporate structure of the platform;
- clarifications on the responsible gaming mechanisms implemented.
The MPDFT states that the investigation could lead to a sanction with a request for moral damages estimated at R$120 million.
A (National Consumer Secretariat) was also contacted to forward a technical note and report of complaints and lawsuits against the platform.
