The president of the (Supreme Federal Court), decided this Thursday (25) that it will be reported by the minister, and not by Alexandre de Moraes.
“In effect, the episodes referred to in this ‘crime report’ coincide with the subject of other investigations under the report of Minister André Mendonça,” said Fachin, in the decision.
