Graz – After the bitter losses and the historically worst result for the Graz SPÖ, Doris Kampus resigned from her role as city party leader on the party executive board Monday evening after the local council election with immediate effect. She will also not accept her mandate. SPÖ state parliament club chairman Hannes Schwarz was initially elected as executive chairman. He announced a comprehensive process to “reposition the SPÖ organizationally and politically.”
